What helps us check a correction
Include the page URL, the statement or tool result you are questioning, your game server and version, and a link or screenshot that demonstrates the issue. For a race-tool result, include the race, career class, month, half-month and fan count you entered.
Do not send account passwords, data-link passwords, recovery codes, full payment details or identity documents. There is no contact form or account system on this site, and we do not promise a response time.
Game and account problems
We cannot recover accounts, grant items, inspect your inventory or change maintenance schedules. Use official Cygames Global support for game support, or your platform’s support route for a platform purchase issue.
